Cold cream with avocado and cucumber

    Super easy to make, something that we who are dedicated to cooking at home appreciate, you will find this cold cream of avocado and cucumber which in addition to nourishing it is very refreshing, therefore ideal for those months of intense heat where We must do without, as much as possible, heavy and copious meals.

    For four people we need one large avocado, peeled and chopped; a large cucumber, peeled and chopped; 150 milliliters of cold water, ice cubes, a clove of garlic, a teaspoon of lemon juice; a teaspoon of olive oil, if much better, salt and black pepper to taste and a few leaves of fresh parsley.

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender, beat on high until smooth.

Garnish with a drizzle of oil and a little chopped fresh parsley. Previously, you had to put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

This union of avocado and cucumber constitutes an excellent health cocktail for our body given the nutrients that both foods possess, in particular their vitamins and minerals.
